SmartVent Retrofit Range

SmartVent Positive systems use proprietary sensor control systems designed for New Zealand. They use insulated and acoustic ducting and high quality F7 grade fi lters. These components of the system work hidden away in your ceiling space. All you will see is your smart controller, the unobtrusive diffusers and of course the results of your SmartVent system reducing condensation.

Positive Pressure

A SmartVent Positive Pressure system provides a healthy environment to live by ensuring your family are breathing better fresh air. It reduces the chance of being infected by viruses, mould problems, respiratory problems, smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation and reduces water damage to your home.

Positive Pressure Systems are suitable for most homes; particularly where timber and older aluminium joinery allows for air good circulation.

Positive Evolve

SmartVent Evolve is a positive pressure system so it ventilates your home superbly. But it also includes humidity and temperature sensors to more effectively control air moisture levels. It’s controlled via a tablet or your own Wi-Fi enabled device.

Synergy Evolve

A SmartVent Synergy system draws fresh drier air into your home while simultaneously extracting moisture-laden, stale air from inside your home. Because of the way it works it is referred to as a balanced system. In addition to being a balanced system, Synergy is an energy recovery system that recovers and re-uses energy from the air extracted from the home.

Synergy Evolve is Wi-Fi/network capable; able to be controlled with any smart device or  computer – or choose the optional tablet.

Air Smart

AirSmart thermostat controls allow you to program temperatures, times and even divide your home into zones to suit your lifestyle. AirSmart gives you even temperature comfort throughout your home and uses less energy to do it. AirSmart heats or cools each zone according to its individual set temperature, not the temperature of a central thermostat.

Why does this matter?

If the winter sun is warming a zone on the north side of your home, that zone can spend less energy to reach temperature. In a traditional system, a single central thermostat will overheat the same area while other areas will remain much cooler – giving you hot and cold spots.
